@sam.._75: Does anybody use cold therapy for their joints? I personally can't, if I put anything cold on my joints it makes them alot worse 😔. I do stick my hands in warm water every morning to relieve abit of pain and get them moving again though x #arthritis #viral #fyp #struggle #rheumatoidarthritis
