i'm so tired of insecure people. They will never understand that we got the light because we went through hell and worked on ourselves and on our life. We know what we like because we reflected ourselves. We are good at our hobbies because we were consistent. We look good because we learned how to look good and there went a lot of research, training and trial and error. I got good grades because I was constantly asking questions when I didn't understand something. When you don't ask questions at the point YOU don't understand something, you will stay at that point. And don't blame the people for not being able to teach when you are not able to ask questions and stand up for yourself. You have to do a million tiny steps to find your identity and to become confident. Every time you put down a person who did the work you disrespect yourself because you rather fill your head with envy and jealousy instead of doing the first step

I had a boss like that, so i quit. Never met anyone who hates me so much for not being scared of them like the rest and also have a strong sense of self while also being respectful. She made it her life mission to try to tear me down and I never understood why since I never did anything except my job and I was nice on top of that. She just refused to leave me alone she kept creating problem around me every single day at work and everything about me bothered her.

I live in a 55+ community and am 60 years old. I completely agree with you. Please know some women graduate high school and never grow up. Apparently, I have been signed up for competitions against other people that I am unaware of. I was dimming my light. No more. Blowing out my candle won’t make anyone else’s shine brighter.
