The nanny said to put them I. The bed and say good night. Every time they get up just put them in the bed and don't say a word...she said you may have to do that multiple times the first few nights and then you will see a decrease in times getting up. The key is no more taking with them after that one good night...just walk them back to their room

i used to be like this when i was younger i hated staying in my room and just wannted to be with my mam all day and was scared of missing out on fun stuff and the only thing that helped was having a hoodie or dressing gown of my mams with me while i slept and her telling me i'd see her in my dreams. you got this queen

my 6 year old comes to our bed almost every night. goes to bed in his own then comes over sometime at night. I know it's hard, I get it. you want your own space and sleep through the night without tiny feet kicking you. I get it ❤️
