And tonight, Mama wants NACHOS! 🧀 Now, these are about as basic as nachos get, but sometimes the simplest meals are the most delicious! They’re filling, easy, and absolutely packed with flavor. Here’s my little secret to restaurant-quality taco meat: I let my ground beef simmer slowly in mild enchilada sauce with a little bone broth. Y’all, it makes all the difference! The meat turns out so tender, juicy, and flavorful. We pile it on our nachos, add some sour cream, and of course, we have to have our favorite salsa from Guthrie Farms!
