Self reflection is a good thing. i know many people that wouldn't even consider asking the question. ask around you and verify but be careful. you can get in your own head and change something that people may enjoy about you. definitely, a trap i've fallen into in the past.

my favourite thing are quiet pauses in conversation when I'm with people. "Dead air" feels like our energy is aligning and our nervous systems calm and regulate

I'm a dead air filler, and I do try to remember that I need to give other people the opportunity to talk.
People get used to or kinda decide that they're going to take the passive role, when honestly I just need to be quiet sometimes.
I am uncomfortable with dead air, and I realize that's a me problem. was on a date where I was told that the awkward gaps/fumbling are part of proof of effort/thoughtfulness and it changed my perspective

pretty much gained max level social skills due to streaming and bussiness but in real life people have bare minimum social skills with maybe a bit more if they want to be a socialite.
