Consider what GOD has been producing within you. Some processes are uncomfortable because they confront attitudes, habits and weaknesses that cannot accompany us into the next season. A difficult experience may expose impatience, pride, fear or an unhealthy dependence on people. GOD reveals these things—not merely to make us uncomfortable, but to transform us. The process becomes profitable when correction produces change. It is possible to endure hardship without learning from it, but patience allows GOD’s work to reach beyond our circumstances and reshape our character. Before October closes, ask yourself: - Have I become more prayerful or merely more worried? - Have I grown in wisdom or repeatedly made the same choices? - Has disappointment made me bitter, or has it deepened my dependence on GOD? - What lesson must I carry into the new month? Do not enter November carrying only memories from October. Carry its wisdom. Let every correction, delay, closed door and unexpected development produce something that glorifies GOD. Reflection What fruit has this month’s process produced in your character? Prayer Father, thank You for sustaining me throughout this month. Help me recognize and embrace every lesson You have permitted this season to teach me. Remove every attitude that resists Your correction. Let patience, wisdom, obedience and righteousness grow within me. May I enter the new month stronger in faith and more like Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
