Dear Team, I hope you are all well. I recently played your game on the PlayStation Store in Saudi Arabia and thoroughly enjoyed it; it's truly a fantastic and fun game. I noticed that the game's DLC is currently unavailable on the Saudi store, and I understand this is due to a lack of local rating (approval). As a big fan of your work, I highly recommend and request that you kindly consider obtaining the necessary local rating (approval) for the DLC. Many players in the region are eagerly anticipating continuing their journey and experiencing the full content you have created. Thank you for your time and for creating this wonderful game. Best regards, A loyal player🇸🇦

Dear Crimson Desert Development Team, First of all, I would like to congratulate the team on the incredible work you have done on Crimson Desert. The game looks absolutely stunning, and the gaming community in Indonesia is extremely excited about its release. I am writing to humbly request the addition of Indonesian language support (subtitles and UI) in a future update. Indonesia has a massive and passionate gaming community that would love to fully immerse themselves in the rich story and lore of Pywel without language barriers. Adding Indonesian localization would mean the world to us and would certainly boost the game's popularity and accessibility in Southeast Asia. Thank you very much for your time and consideration! fromindonesianplayer🇮🇩
