As an hr manager, I would say something like “all info submitted was reviewed prior to a determination being made. Feel free to submit additional information to place in your file.” I’m not gonna argue about whether we really investigated something and I can’t just take what you’re saying even if it seems plausible. We cannot move without hard proof 🤷🏽♀️

this is why my phone starts voice recording with 3 taps. also everyone should get one of those tiny cameras from temu, not great quality, but enough for evidence.

This is why I love living in a one-party consent state. All my calls are auto-recorded. It also transcribes the call. I also send an immediate follow-up email once the call is done. Per our phone conversation...With complete transcription of the call.
