Just finished my 3rd FET. I have Asherman’s. I had a hysteroscopy and my lining would not budge past 4.5. I did vaginal sildenafil, acupuncture, l-arginine, walked daily, PRPs, along with the usual estrogen. I finally got my lining to 8 and transferred. Unfortunately it ended in a chemical pregnancy. It was such a journey to build my lining!

My lining was 6.8mm right before starting PIO. I am 9 weeks today with identical twins. This was my 5th FET cycle with 3 prior miscarriages & 1 failed cycle.
