My sister and I saw the goatman back in '90 off of Landover Rd around 11:00 pm. It ran across the road in front of us. It stopped traffic--we all got out of our cars and was asking each other if they saw what we saw! Scared 😱 the bajesus😳 out of us.

scary to know but on powdermill rd years ago I saw a black thing similar to the RAKE that jumped our car on to the other side. it was a 2 lane road. Had to be at least 8ft to jump over 2cars. till this day we don't know what it was
