If you cannot die the school, can you sue the individual? In this case the staff for not acting and or delaying emergency response and using inadequate live saving equipment or not fit properly for a child?

I also want to tell you that you have displayed such self-control, grace and composure. I don’t know how you have done it. Publicly you have displayed zero hate or anger. This also applies to any state or government agency is many states unfortunately 😏 Paramedics mixed up the 2 patients at my sons accident and they loaded his lifeless body into an ambo and drove him 30 miles to the hospital…meanwhile loaded the 2nd stable victim with only a broken arm onto the life flight that was waiting for my son at the nearby grocery store parking lot…head of trauma surgery greeted that patient with “where’s the little boy with head injuries that I’m waiting on” - I know this bc that patient called me and told me immediately! My son died on 12-26-2020 at 9YO and I had zero recourse! I have since obtained 3 criminal justice degrees and hope to make legislative changes one day 🙏🏻 I hope your little girl has found my son so he can show her the ropes! I can’t promise life gets any easier but I can tell you Heaven is a far better place than earth ❤️

There has to be change...Unfortunately the only way for a school to be held legally responsible for a child is to take them into the office and sign them in every day. That transfers them into their care legally. I found this loophole when my daughter was hurt at school.

One thing I can’t stop thinking of, is there not a universal sign for choking? Is that something we could teach children and adults? For example, a pinky in the air, or (I am not sure if your familiar with ASL but an A for Adrian is a fist with thumb tucked in). I am so sorry Mama. You raised such a smart beautiful girl, she really did everything right in this situation 💗
