Being smaller actually bodes well for longevity. Taller athletes have bigger issues with bone density, blood flow, muscles, tendons, etc. LeBron slowed down more than curry at 38 I’d agree with that. But LeBron is also much bigger and heavier, so it’s harder to maintain that speed. And if LeBron tried to slim down for speed he’d be injury prone. Not fairly comparable

it's not, no matter the age you can always shoot the ball anywhere on the court. you can become a spot up shooter and shoot. but to slash and bully your way into the paint for that long is what makes lebron longevity crazy. You're body usually don't hold for this long on athleticism

When it comes to longevity, Steph’s play-style is less impressive because most of his production comes from largely skill/knowledge-based abilities, while Lebron’s skillset is wayyy more susceptible to age-based deterioration.
