After withdrawing from the Georgia five-for-five lawsuit, Godfrey and other players joined a separate case in Texas hoping for a temporary restraining order. But Texas judge Ryan Luna tentatively denied the request Thursday. So, for now, Godfrey remains ineligible for Arizona’s Nov. 2 opener against UCLA.
