I cook twice a week, always something that makes leftovers so that we have 4 meals out of those two cooks. Then fill in with an easy put together meal one night. Then 2 nights out.

I make chili and then buy Fritos and Rico’s nacho cheese sauce and the entire family eats gobs of Frito pie and or nachos with it.
