Vandalism requires damage or defacing. Neither of which is applicable, it also requires malicious intent which isn’t applicable. This could’ve been the easiest counter suit if they pressed charges.

yeah yeah yeah, its dumb that he took them off. but let's step back and look st the bigger picture. its a plastic cover on a pole that he probably intended to put back when he was done playing. and why does she care so much? they probably arent paying her a living wage anyways and the replacement cost of the pole isnt coming out of her check

I get both sides of this scenario. but I do think calling the cops was a little overreacting when a simple hey stop that should have ended the problem. if they hadn't stopped then ya cops should be called.
