ive told my kid not to go even when being waved to go ahead. he is to wait until it is absolutely clear then proceed. you staying stopped in a spot that isnt meant for you to stay stopped could pose a risk of another vehicle rear ending you and sending you into the kid crossing that you just waived through. Practice defensive driving. check to make sure the ebike sees you then proceed if they dont.
