a really really big test that I've learned is RECIPROCITY. Look for the people who reciprocate on the small stuff. We deserve to be treated the way we treat others. It's NOT our job or responsibility to fix anyone. We cannot fix people. You might be able to gently HELP someone like this, but they should *NEVER* be your spouse or closest friend.

its literally so difficult. I dont know how to navigate the one im married too. it makes me cry everyday. im trashed inside and lash out at the people that love me most. like I'm a weapon. im bring so suppressed and stepped on i dont know what to do. ❤️

I feel this so much. 😖 i seem to be a magnet for male narcissists as i always try to see their perspective and to help them when they only take advantage of me and hurt my feelings without feeling even bad for it and keep doing the same thing and blame me for it and call me too intense. ❤️🩹
