Girl, try curling without brushstyling. honestly, it's made my hair so healthy. All I do is separate my hair with my fingers and then scrunch. brushstyling is such a hassle and takes so long

i feel like the bounce curl thing is when people use the boar bristles to detangle their hair, i use the one with lil rubber bristles so i wouldn’t know that one barely causes breakage for me

i saw a hairstylist explain why the bounce curl brush can do that! the boar bristles cause a lot of tension when you pull to the side or up and it creates tension loss over time, he was saying it's a good every once in a while brush but not every time u style i think ?
