@_juliedharris_: I’ve experienced some traumatic and difficult moments in my life, but I think losing my husband and becoming a widow at 30 takes the cake. It completely flipped my whole world upside down and trying to come to grips with this new reality that I have to learn to do life without the one person I literally did life with for almost 15 years is hard, but I’m learning that I’m still living and not just for myself but for our daughters. They need me just as much as I need them. I will not give up on a life of happiness and joy because I know my husband would want me to be happy. He will forever hold a piece of my heart and I will live this life continuing to make him proud.
