@theswordgirl: If you’re a first-time mom here, hiiii! welcome and congratulations!! 🥹🤍 i was SO tired making this video, as you can probably tell 😂😭 & yes, i’m in my postpartum undies lol. anyways, moms, how many ounces do y’all recommend putting in each breast milk storage bag? give this first-time mama all the tips!🥰 #firsttimemom #breastfeeding #pumpingmom #postpartumjourney #breastmilkstorage
In the beginning i always did 1.5 to 2 oz bags because my baby would most need a top off after latching

You have such a great supply already wow!!! Breast-fed babies usually don’t take any more than 5 ounces at a time. Five ounce bags is usually what I do!

Yesss! I’d say about 4oz each, and leave room to make sure there no air or overflow of the line. Make sure to date each bag and put the oz because when it’s froze it’s hard to tell how much is in it until it’s thawed. Put your bags in a freezer bag to optimize storage in the freezer! Amazing supply mamaaa

Bag it by how much Onyx is consuming. Once you thaw- use it or use it as bath milk. Don’t re freeze!
