I want to get mom spayed and babies adopted out. People messaging about buying them I’m not responding to. This is in no way about a profit. Just in my nature to help those who need it. Animals are my soft spot. I will do my best to make sure they go to a good home. If you’re interested and nearby, I will re-home them in a few weeks. Names: I can’t name them.. I won’t be able to part with them. As adorable as snow white and the 7 dwarves is. Or Jack for the runaway bc of Titanic. Because they’re (mostly) black cats, I wanted them inside before anything unsettling happened to them due to this time of year. Momma has been a neighborhood cat for at least a year. I spent several days feeding her and gaining her trust before looking for the babies. Many neighbors chip in and help with cats. There is a small colony. But this momma with 7 babies and another one is pregnant is far too many. I want to get both moms fixed as they’re just babies themselves. Neighbors have checked on the babies. That’s why they’re used to people. They were born outside. The 6-7, I’m a second grade teacher. The sing song way of saying it just snuck in hah. #garfieldpark #catdistributionsystem #kittenoverload

Last Halloween I found this guy roaming around. Eventually found the guy that owns the mama. I was not leaving him, the guy offered me for me to keep him. Named him Binx. He is the best little baby ever

No wonder they looked so good, I was worried they were dumped all together after belonging to someone. I was also so impressed she kept them safe and together and healthy looking, but knowing the neighbors were all watching out for them is much better [Red heart] and don’t feel bad about not keeping them, you’re keeping space available for future kitties that might need help.

Try to adopt them together 🥺 like in pairs. I foster kittens so I’ve dealt with this before, it’s better for them to go in pairs than alone. Socialization wise also single kitty syndrome is real.

Had a momma, she had 6 babies, called my SPCA. They helped so much, food, vaccines and all were adopted out after I fostered them
