@ashleymarkletreats: these cheesecake stuffed chocolate chip cookies were the perfect little treat after dinner 🍰🍪 Ingredients: 20 bite-sized chocolate chip cookies 1 bag dark chocolate chips dab of coconut oil 1 bag frozen cheesecake bites Instructions: Place cookies face down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second increments until melted and smooth. Add a small dab of melted chocolate to the bottom of each cookie and top half of them with 1 frozen cheesecake bite. Top with another cookie and allow chocolate to set. Once firm, press slightly to crush cheesecake between cookies to form a cookie cheesecake sandwich and submerge in more chocolate. Allow to set on baking sheet with extra cookie crumbles on top in the freezer about 10 minutes, break one open and enjoy! 😋 #cookies #dessert #Recipe #chocolate #creatorsearchinsights
