@elenalongevity28: 5 kitchen habits my skin loves 🤍 💬 Comment “BEGIN” and I’ll DM you the details. 🧬💌 At 58, I’ve learned skincare doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. Sometimes simple is enough. 👇 🍯 1. Honey mask Once a week, I apply a thin layer to clean skin for 10 minutes, then rinse. My skin feels soft afterward. 🥚 2. Egg white mask I use this only occasionally because it can irritate sensitive skin. Avoid it if you’re allergic, and never use raw egg on broken skin. 🥄 3. Cold spoons I chill two clean spoons and gently hold them under my eyes in the morning. The coolness can temporarily reduce puffiness. 🥥 4. Coconut oil I apply a thin layer to my neck when my skin feels dry. I avoid using too much, especially near clogged pores. 🍵 5. Green tea compress I cool a used tea bag, then place it on my skin for a few minutes. Simple and soothing. No complicated routine. Just habits I enjoy. 🤍 One more part of my healthy-aging routine is my NAD+ supplement. NAD+ supports cellular energy and normal cellular function. Levels naturally decline with age, so I’ve made it part of my morning routine. Research is still ongoing. Follow me first so my message doesn’t go to hidden requests. 🤍 Patch-test new products first. Homemade skincare can cause irritation. Daily SPF still matters. Educational content only. #skincarenatural #usareels #over50skincare #healthylifestyle #usa
