I was just saying this! I live downtown and 3pm on there are so many teens walking around being rowdy. They need more 3rd spaces that are safe and where they can be productive

The problem is the parents do not care at all, they're exhausted from their personal lives and just let their kids do whatever, discipline is like a far-fetched thing for these parents unfortunately.
