@oliver__payne: Also go for a walk and it’ll probably get better in 4–6 weeks (unless it doesn’t) #physio #physiotherapy #physicaltherapy #comedy #backpain

Jamie🦋 :

Does it work better if you do the meow and moo sounds?

emily :

Wow I’ve never thought to add the sound effects

Caligirl73 :

Thoracic spine pain too?

Alec >v< :

This is how I sound with my friend lol (the only difference is I’m not the PT-or in this case OT,and am just mimicking what my OT told me) 😭✌️

Logan Baird :

I asked my professor abt the name the other day. Cat makes the rounded back and a camel has 2 humps (shoulders and butt)

Amy :

I had a friend’s friend tell me she calls them “meow meow moo moos” not “cat cows” 😂

Krystin0530 :

As a PT who now also owns cows, it truly doesn’t make any sense because cows also round their backs😭🫣

amberstallings23 :

That mobility is crazyyyy

kensimmers18 :

Thanks for the advice. Do I need to make the noises to?

nattynicklifts :

Mary PT dog mom :

Haha! I make the animal sounds when my patients do cat cow too.

caitsthegreats :

The animal sounds are so real 😅

Jada Bolinsky :

and thats why i call them cat cows not camels

Cindy Larsen :

sounds effects make everything better

Lizette SPT :

I had one patient saying that even camel doesn’t make sense bc they have two humps that in that case it should be call cat-dromedary 🤣🤣🤣

Gracie !! :

I’m only in my first semester of undergrad as a exercise science student and one of my friends mentioned wanting to workout but that it intimidates them and they don’t know where to start, I just slowly turned at them smiling and said “good thing I’m majoring in exercise science!” 😭😭 (I think they wanted to kick me)
