@desireereports: 10/29/2026 | SAG-AFTRA Investigation Update New questions are emerging surrounding SAG-AFTRA’s approximately $10 million forgiven PPP loan and its reported $48.25 million all-cash real estate purchase in 2023. Did the union misrepresent information on its PPP loan application? What financial hardship justified the loan when its 2021 LM-2 reported hundreds of millions in cash? And why did SAG-AFTRA reportedly pay nearly $48.25 million in cash for a property with an assessed value of approximately $25 million? My investigation also examines the property’s seller, connections to USC, and SAG-AFTRA National Executive Director Duncan Crabtree-Ireland. I have submitted an expedited FOIA request to the Small Business Administration seeking the original PPP loan application and supporting documentation. More to come.
