Built a large shop for a 30 year elevator installer. He found a over torqed screw 35 feet up on an end wall. Wanted the whole end wall steel replaced. Lawsuit later, he has to look at that screw forever

last week an elevator guy told me "we dont look at your drawings, if revisions are required on the shop drawings, we need you to mark them up exactly how you want them to be" then I get an email stating "I dont know why you would ever think its okay to suggest to move our rail bracket elevations"... idk Billy, maybe its because the travel distance between floors is 11 feet, not 10 feet.
