OK, so this solar power bank will charge your phone laptop your electronics.. but if there’s a blackout, there’ll be no Internet or satellite usage so what’s the point?

So when they tell all of the military bases that they very suddenly need to be able to be off of a civilian electric grid for up to 90 days you guys think that they’ll just magically be able to implement that on every single military base immediately? How on earth could you possibly believe that there would be a certain power outage and not that it’s just preparing the basis to do necessary upgrades that are long overdue in order for them to maintain individual survivability outside of the city that they are nearby
