Gemma was waiting patiently at her kennel door and was very easy to leash. She walked like a dream and politely said hi to the other doggies in the kennels. At first she can be a little shy, but once she spends enough time with you she becomes a social butterfly and loves people. I sat in the grass with her for awhile and she let ME smother HER in kisses. I couldn’t help myself, she’s adorable. She takes treats gentle and knows how to sit like the good girl she is. She also met two other pups and did fabulous. Just a happy girl who would welcome any and all companionship. I hope someone sees her before she’s at risk because she’s an angel 📌 adoptions must be done in person at the shelter. If you’re interested in fostering in Houston, please email BARC or message me.
