Splatter is horror, it’s a sub genre of horror, there are so many splatter movies and yet terrifier is the only one that gets hate for being a splatter film. I would argue that Art the clown is better than Ghostface Freddy and Jason and that’s ok if you don’t agree because it’s my opinion🤷♀️

Well, it is a horror movie. Calling it anything but horror is larp. And most of the slasher franchises has horrible movies, and they’re iconic. Of course Art is iconic. He’s shocking and funny, he’s simple and recognizable. It makes sense that he’s gotten iconic
