People think dei is just bases for color of skin. It is for gender, disability and if a woman is pregnant there’s no special right for them to get hired because this woman will go for maternity leave. There are multiple scenarios in which the right of a person will be taken from them. DEI full form is Diversity equity and inclusion. You are just focusing on diversity. In inclusion, we make ramps and electric doors for disabled people to come into the buildings, if we will remove this, then they can’t even enter a building for business and business owner will not be liable. So you are taking away their right of conducting business
