my neighbor in my apt has an autistic grandson who is over almost every day and I can hear him grunt. the neighbor talked to me about it when I moved in and I've never cared about it. yes I can hear it thru the walls, I just turn the TV up a little bit and move on. he seems like a great kid and the noise isnt a nuisance
