@kyoshi.todoroki: #MHAOC my poor Ochaco #togaochako #mha #bnha #toga MHA OC: Hiyori Yagi. She's Toga's twin sister. Their lore: Hiyori and Himiko were twin daughters of a villainous couple whom All Might defeated. Fearing that the Hero Public Safety Commission would use the two children for their quirks, All Might tried adopting them. But he was only able to adopt Hiyori, and Himiko was sent to an orphanage, later being adopted by a family who called her a monster. Hiyori's quirk: Blood Bending. By drinking someone's blood, Hiyori gains control over all of that person's blood. She can also control her own, creating weapons and shields. Drawbacks: Hiyori feels a constant thirst for blood, and therefore has to eat foods rich in iron or a lot of meat. When there is a shortage of iron in her blood, she cannot use her quirk for very long. Furthermore, she may also end up drinking her own blood to quench her thirst.
