@minne.eats: ✨SUSHI HOT SPOT✨ Minnesota’s most anticipated restaurant is finally here! I’ve been waiting for this brick & mortar to open, and today was the official grand opening. The menu is thoughtfully curated, from the drinks all the way to each individual dish. You get peeks of everyone who put their heart and soul in this spot. My favorites are so consistent - creamy salmon, crispy rice, and surf & turf fried rice. I am always impressed with how fresh the fish is (NOTE THE GIANT TUNA HEAD AT THE END!). You really can’t go wrong with anything on this menu, and they’ll be seeing SO much of me. Reservations are dropping on a week to week basis and the grand opening weekend is already sold out - so keep an eye out and plan in advance!
