@pucklesgsd: Dearest spectators of my questionable conduct, I slept in this morning. Beauty of this caliber cannot be rushed. Then it was off for my morning stroll, a little play, and my morning snack. A respectable start for a lady with absolutely no responsibilities. Puck and I took the banana into the backyard for a vigorous game of tug. It makes ridiculous noises when we wrestle with it. Finally, someone contributing appropriately to the entertainment. I went on FOUR walks today. Four. Naturally, I barked at assorted things that needed to be made aware of my presence. I also saw Hattie the bulldog. I like her. Her feelings toward me remain under review. I attempted to squeeze through the fence to advance our friendship, but once again… the hips. My social ambitions continue to exceed the width of the opening. The human spent part of the day removing treasures from my mouth. Apparently, everything I discover is “not for puppies.” Then why is it at puppy height? I think my hair is hiding secrets. A lady is entitled to a little mystery, and I shall not be answering questions at this time. Oh, and here is the hole I am digging. The humans keep saying “no,” but I have already broken ground and cannot abandon a project simply because management lacks vision. On our final walk, I tripped the male human. We are still determining fault, but I would like the record to reflect that he has been walking considerably longer than I have. Tonight, we watched Barry Trotz receive his Hall of Fame honors with the Nashville Predators, followed by hockey with the humans. Yes, they stayed HOME with me. At last, their social calendar reflects appropriate priorities. I may have offered a small prayer for a Preds win and a snack. Preferably both. I see no reason to limit blessings.
