@abc7la: The woman police suspect was driving the vehicle involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed 16-year-old Hernan Martinez and seriously injured his 14-year-old sister, Vicki, is now in custody, authorities said. Police arrested Raygine Glentasia Evans on Wednesday morning in connection with the crash. Investigators believe Evans was driving a blue Nissan Sentra that sped through a stop sign last month, striking Hernan and Vicki as they crossed the street in a crosswalk with their mother.
