Chili recipe ♥️♥️ recipe below :) cubed @VELVEETA is my favorite part! ingredients - 1 lb ground beef - 1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed - 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed - 1 30oz can whole peeled tomatoes - 1 can fire roasted tomatoes w green chiles - 1 can tomato sauce - 1 Tbsp tomato paste - 1/2 onion, diced - 3 cloves garlic, minced spices - 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder - 1 Tbsp paprika - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp dried oregano - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper - pinch of cayenne (more if you like spicy) 1. prep your ingredients by dicing onion and mincing garlic. mix all spices together in a bowl. 2. in large pot, brown ground beef, breaking it up in small pieces. remove from pot. 3. add oil to pot (if not enough grease), add about half of your mixed spices and cook for a min for flavors to bloom. 4. add diced onion, minced garlic, cook for a min then add tomato paste. cook for a couple min until darkens. 5. add can of whole tomatoes and it’s juice (crush them with your hands or spoon), fire tomatoes and juice, tomato sauce, kidney and black beans (rinsed), and add back the beef. 6. cover and let cook on low for 1-2 hours. 7. top with cubed cheese (velveeta is best for this), sour cream , green onion, and oyster crackers. #fallrecipes #chiliseason #gamedayrecipes #chili #dinnerrecipes
