@downinnadesert: A Phoenix mother is facing five felony charges after investigators say she tried to sneak illegal substances into an Arizona prison for her incarcerated daughter. 😳 Court records say prison staff became suspicious after reviewing recorded calls between 60-year-old Dorothy Terrell and her daughter, who is incarcerated at Perryville. During one call, Terrell allegedly discussed being afraid to hide a package inside her body and how it should be wrapped. When she arrived for a visit, staff detained her during a security screening. Investigators say she later admitted she had a package concealed inside her body and removed it in a restroom while female corrections personnel were present. Authorities also say this allegedly wasn’t the first time. Terrell reportedly admitted bringing contraband into the prison during an earlier visit and receiving about $400 in exchange. Would you risk prison time to do something like this for your own child? 👀👇 #Arizona #Phoenix #ArizonaNews #CrimeNews
