@couriercalifornia: Golden State Valkyries fans lined up outside San Francisco bars on a Thursday morning to watch Game 6 of the WNBA Finals, which tipped off at 9:30 a.m. PT. The game was originally scheduled for 5 p.m. PT. It was moved because of a scheduling conflict at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena, where the Dream hosted. Bars including Rikki’s, Nickie’s and Hi Tops opened hours earlier than usual, adding breakfast menus and coffee for the morning crowd. Some fans called the time slot sexist, saying a men’s championship game wouldn’t be scheduled this way. The Dream said it had raised scheduling concerns with the league two months earlier. The Valkyries lost Game 6, forcing a deciding Game 7 on Saturday at Chase Center.
