So, all the houses (houses use much more electricity than a small apartment) that got the solar panels they promoted .. they lost a lot of revenue. They make it up by charging everyone else 3x or more .. heck in the summer they charge us twice for using electricity during "peak times". And when its winter, they charge us a flat fee for "non peak season"

In our household we can no longer pay for all of our bills every month. unfortunately now we have to pick and choose what we pay every month. today for example I had to choose one of the other put gas in my car or buy groceries. After I filled my tank I had $37 to my name.
