I kept refining the prompt, rewriting the instructions, trying to get everything perfect before I'd tested anything. Then I realized I was trying to master the tool before giving myself time to use it. Teachers, you already know this one. A lesson plan looks different the moment real students walk in. You learn more from teaching it once than from planning it five more times. AI works the same way. The loop that works: 🎬 Create something 👀 Review what worked 📝 Notice what didn't  🔄 Change one thing 🔁 Try again Planning still matters. The balance looks like this: ✅ Decide what you want first. What should people notice? What can't change? ✅ Then test cheaply. Try a still image before animating, or a short clip before a long one.  ✅ Save your full renders for when the quick tests tell you you're close. Planning tells you where you're going.
