@mathwithprofessorv: A little glimpse into my flipped classroom! 📚 Instead of spending two hours lecturing, I give a mini lecture and then we spend the rest of our time actually working through problems together. Students work independently, collaborate in groups, come up to the board, and get plenty of guidance and feedback along the way. And I love how excited they get to participate! I think traditional lectures have their place, but I also think students learn so much by actually DOING the math. I want my classroom to be a place where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from each other. And for anyone wondering how I make this work, my full-length video lectures are available for FREE on YouTube! My structured courses, guided notes, practice problems with worked solutions, study guides, and sample exams are available at ProfessorVMath.com. xoxo, Professor V #FlippedClassroom #MathEducation #ActiveLearning #CollegeProfessor #MathWithProfessorV
