This is a weird comparison, that get together would have been traumatizing to me I was scared that she was going home with him and I was just watching on tv. There was probably so much more we didn’t see and I feel like that situation was very scary and sad to see someone’s love story fall apart while one of your friends is being embarrassed on national television. I think these are two separate issues. Why would you cry if someone’s house is super messy? Just leave. Someone crying about being abused makes much more sense than crying over a nasty shower. What happened at the get together was uncomfortable and traumatic for everyone, much more than a gross fridge.
