@thebhutanesenewspaper: An artificial lake has been formed on one of the source rivers of the Mochu near Taktsemakhang in Gasa. The river on the right had flooded last night due to GLOF blocking the entrance of river on the left with debris and causing a lake build up behind it. The only relief is that area is not very deep and is wide, but the danger is if the lake becomes very long and a lot of water accumulates behind it.
