Know when to clear. If enemy has the turret shield, faster clear it then let the front minion pop the shield so the lord won’t die to it. If not then just sync the 3 lanes

for me I clear the minions before lord comes out so the tower shield or the blast will be used on the minions before lord comes out.

Clear the other two lanes first and make the minion wave go with the Lord's wave so all three lanes can be breached. If you clear the Lord's lane, you will rush the lord to their tower and they'll only defend one lane, leaving the other two lanes untouched because the minion waves weren't cleared.
