For as long as I can remember, my mum has set the table like a restaurant, entrée plates, main plates, glasses, and all the cutlery laid out properly. She'd serve the entrée first, then three mains, followed by so many desserts. Last year, my daughter printed a menu and put one on each plate. Now she's taking over the ham, and my mum has shown her how to make the glazed ham. I'll set the table the way my mum used to, and we all love it. We love hosting and love setting up. Last yr majority the cooking was done by my daughter n I. Love Christmas time.
