@foodooboos: 📍Massanutten, VA - Checked off a fall bucket list item!! The popular fall colors chair lift! 🤩🍁 (last weekend this weekend!) This video was taken on Sun 10/25! (I did not add any filters or color editing!! Been tired of seeing so many filtered videos of fall colors on IG 🫨) I had to call ahead of time if they were open during spartan race weekend Sunday and initially a woman said not open! But then re-called later and turns out they are open 🧐 There weren’t many signs when we arrived and we were redirected to get tickets at a general store (cafe?) 4620 Massanutten Dr. Beware of long lines! We went a bit later in the day around 12:30pm which was a peak time. After getting tickets, we stood in a 45min line.. and then got off to get on a second lift to the very top (no line)! Then there was another 35min line to get down from the top half and then ANOTHER 35 min line to get down the second half ! A 12:30pm-3:50pm ordeal! 🤯🤯🤯 Nice views regardless though and no regrets 😇 ⏰ Fri-Sun 10-4:30pm (only Oct 30, 31 + Nov 1 left this year! 🎟️ $22pp (book online or in person-there was no line to get the ticket in person for me but there were lines after you get the ticket to get on the lift(s) if you go during peak hours) 🍁 @Massanutten Resort | 🚗 4620 Massanutten Dr - gps here for the general store to get tickets!! 📷[ricoh griiix + iPhone 16 Pro] #fallcolors #thingstododc #massanutten #va #fyp
the edited fall foliage videos are seriously getting out of hand!!! I hesitated to post my foliage update video the other day because I was like “it doesn’t look as beautiful as everyone else’s!!” but then I remembered people need a REALISTIC idea of what it actually looks like out there!!!
