it’s so weird that such a physically painful moment of my life is so hard to let go. my first baby is almost not a newborn anymore and i don’t want to accept that😭😭 like am i weird for missing the giant pad diapers and ice packs ?? 😭😭

Same mama. I cleaned up some of it and put the stuff I really won’t use again in another bag but the Frida mom underwear I use for my period when it’s heavy so they will still get use but it makes me sad. You spend so much time preparing and then the time comes then goes just as fast.

I was a week postpartum in the mental hospital with none of the proper supplies I needed. I had postpartum psychosis and couldn’t see my baby :(

I didn’t get to have the birth I wanted. I was forced to get a C-section so all of my supplies that I got I never got to use. I feel like that hurt me more.
