@enjelicabarr7: A poem from my heart out of a narcissistic relationship… everyone that has been in such a relationship knows just how much the narcissist words hurt… they whip and lash your heart, it sticks with you for years… being in a narcissistic relationship doesn’t just mean your partner, it can be your best friend, your children, your mother, your brother, your sister, your cousins, or in-laws even… narcissists believe they are always in the right, they never did anything wrong in the relationship, when in fact they were the cause of all the pain, the blood your heart secretly bled due to their lashing tongue. I lived with a narcissist for MANY years… living as if everything was ok from the outside looking in was so exhausting and thinking back makes me exhausted just the same… if any of this sounds like it could be what you are going through, get out while you still can… you do get love bombed, surprises, special getaways, romantic stuff that gradually fades, and you think it’ll be back, this is just a phase… it’s not a phase, run!!!!
