I am 42yr old corporate level manager. I love my job and consider myself very lucky but considering this issue with our kids maybe we should look at early retirement packages for 50+ or even 40+. We have worked over 20 years and can retire early making space for younger people if the job pool is getting smaller. It could be voluntary to take the package but I bet there would be alot of people willing to take it.

this is what happens when everyone's qualifications are degrees. It's no longer anything special, it's just something you have to get so you can be like everyone else.

Reduce the interest rate…the core degree still costing $80k-160k and won’t help you get a job.

The last ten governments since Thatcher have been ordered by the money “markets” to take us into a decline of expectations at a time when the top 1% have become unimaginably rich. We have to understand that economics isn’t scientific inevitability it was heavily influenced by the desires of the ultra rich. Let’s break it up.

Any education is about developing the ability to learn. Most degree learning is out of date by the time you graduate, but you have increased your brain's ability to learn.
